Before working with KT I was in constant pain from scoliosis. I have been doing yoga for 30 years, and Pilates for the last 10 years. Nothing was able to change the dynamic of my back. The slightest movement would put my back into a spasm, and all of the time and money invested in Pilates never seemed to make a difference. Doing KT’s exercises allowed me to be in control of my pain. I learned simple exercises which changed my back. By strengthening the muscles along my spine my back is now straighter, and I actually have days when I experience no pain. A yearly check up determined that I am now 1/2 in taller than I was the year before. Working with KT is the only thing that has worked for me in years of trying to get out of pain.
