What is really going on?

Most of the people who walk through our door have exactly the same problem - long term pain that just doesn't seem to go away no matter what they try.  They have taken a stab in the darkness of treatments and thought I'll try this.  Then when it hasn't worked they've gambled on something else.  At Precision Movement we make sure we find out what is really going on and we build a bespoke programme of recovery around your specific needs.  Our MO is to get you better so you can enjoy your life and we'll do everything we can to make sure that happens.

The Right Movement

We specialise in the rehabilitative exercise for back pain and injury caused by trauma, structural damage, poor posture, inactivity or pain that just cannot be explained.  One of the key components to getting better is the right movement therapy.  This means exercises that are right for you because every person we see is different.  We are firmly against cookie cutter exercise programmes.

Our Specialists

If you need more specialist assistance we have hand picked experts in orthopaedics, physiotherapy, osteopathy, specialist chiropractic, nutrition, lifestyle and stress management.  We want our work to benefit you at the right point in your recovery so we may send you to another specialist first or in conjunction with the work we are doing.  Remember our MO is to get you better - whatever that takes we'll make it happen.

We're different

At Precision Movement we are difference and we really make a difference.  We give you the foundational principles of movement so all of your exercises become more effective and beneficial.  We make sure you do your exercises correctly and regularly.  We educate you on why we give you certain exercises, which makes the experience more mindful and purposeful.  You'll leave understanding how your body works, what good alignment feels like and with a stronger, healthier body. This is what makes our process so successful and memorable.
